Vegan baked Porridge. In short, how to make super protein and healthy bars in a moment.

Ingredients (for 2 people):

3/4 cup of oatmeal

1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of minced nutmeg

1 ripe banana Chiquita

3/4 cup of almond milk

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup of dates

1/2 cup of raisins or dried cranberries

1/2 cup of pecans

2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

 

– Preheat oven at 170c.

– Cover a baking pan or 18 cm circular mold with greaseproof paper.

– Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them well.

– Pour the mixture into the pan and bake it for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until it takes a golden appearance.

– Then let it cool down before portioning and serving.

 

Tip: wrap each portion with greaseproof paper, close it with a cord and keep them into a container to store the vegan porridge.
