Roberto Rinaldini opened his store a few days ago in Milan: born in Rimini, at the age of 23 years old he started to work in his first own pastry store and now he is one of the best pastry chefs in Italy.

Between the Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery and the Scala theatre, 12 meters of shop windows show his sweets inspired by some typical recipes from all over the world.

Macarons, cannoli, fresh or dry mignons, healthy donuts and much more.

Each product is a unique creation for the taste and the look.

Pink and gold are the principal colors, there are colorful candies and praline on the wall and a small corner with their homemade creams and biscuits.

They don’t miss the ice cream, 16 selected savors creamed in their lab.

The new format wants to expand the offer by opening from the breakfast until the happy hour to serve the clients also in the upstair and pink’s room.

The salty offer is inspired by the romagnola’s tradition and include cassoni and piadine with selected salumi or fresh vegetables, risotti and homemade pasta, until gourmet panini and fresh salads.

The food is accompanied by some wines from the romagnolo’s terroir.

The objective is to offers “the luxury for everyone”, aiming to the offer of the raw materials with an easy, simple and fast format: in fact almost all the products can be  taken away.

“Moreover, we have the ambition to continue to develop and create a new recognizable format – says Rinaldini – with 30 new openings in the principal Italian and Europeans’s cities”.
