One day to try some of the best new openings in the beginning of 2018 in Milan.

 

TIPA – TIPOGRAFIA ALIMENTARE (Milano, via Dolomiti 1)

TipA is a relaxing, essential and modern place that opened a few weeks ago and focuses his attention on the research of small producers and rare products.

You have to try it because the young owners are specialized in this world ( gastronomers, sommelier, food hunters), they have organic wines, Sicilian oil, raw milk cheese, some books to read and free wifi.

It’s open from the breakfast to the happy hour’s time.

 

TRAPIZZINO (Milano, via Marghera, 12)

From Rome to Milan finally is arrived the “Trapizzino”.

A flour and yeast’s cone, baked in a wood oven, then filled with typical recipes from Lazio like: “alla vaccinara”’s tail , meatballs with red sauce, boiled meat “alla picchiapò”, “alla cacciatora”’s chicken, ecc…

It’s born like a street food, now in Milan it’s perfect for the lunch break with a good red wine.

 

KOWA (Milano, via Benvenuto Cellini, 14)

The 20 of February inaugurated KOWA, pan asiatic restaurant in the luxury location of the “Fifty House”’s hotel.

The restaurant is suffused lighting and have oriental furnitures: brass, gold and black.

Kowa will offer to the client a trip in the Asian word, with a mix of European, Chinese and Japanese ingredients, sometimes unknowns, exotic flavors and international preparations.

You can combine the dinner with some cocktail specifically studied, sake or good wines from Italy and France.
