Purple sweet potato and ricotta cheese mousse.

I think everyone will like it :-)!

Ingredients:

180-200g purple sweet potatoes

50-60g ricotta cheese

Wash and peel purple sweet potatoes.

Cut them into cubes and steam them.

Blend them together with the ricotta cheese added gradually and, if necessary, pour a little bit of hot water or milk to soften the mixture.

Purple sweet potato and ricotta cheese mousse: ready.
