Avocado Toast with poached egg.

Tasty snack for a break or a brunch with friends!

Yummy and energy-rich.

With a tasty poached egg in addition.

4 eggs

2 avocados

8 slices of a good sliced bread

White vinegar







100g rocket

100g sesame seeds


– Cut the avocados into halves, take the stone off and cut them into thin slices.

– Season them in a bowl with a little oil evo, sesame seeds, salt and some lemon drops.

– Break the eggs carefully one by one and put them in a small bowl.

– Pour water in a saucepan with the vinegar (1l water for 100ml vinegar, which must always be 10% of water weight), when it starts to poach, lower the heat, create a swirl with a spoon and drop the egg. It will take about 2 minutes until it gets white. Lift it out with a slotted spoon being careful not to break it.

– Butter the bread slices lightly (so that they will get crunchy) and toast them in a pan.

– Compose the toast: one slice of bread, rocket, avocado and finally the poached egg and some gound pepper.
